Items deemed unacceptable by the customer may be returned for exchange with an item of similar value or store credit. Cash refunds are not provided. Refunds must be pre-authorized and refund requests must be received within 7 days. Please contact us to arrange authorization. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer. 2) AVAILABILITY. Our collection is constantly changing as we acquire more models. If your selection is unavailable, we will advise you as soon as we can. Of course any payments will be refunded promptly. 2. SHIPPING. We ship in-stock models within 24-48 hours of confirmed receipt of payment. Shipments for purchases paid by check may be held for up to 10 days for bank clearance. We will advise of anticipated shipping date shortly after you place your order. Orders within the United States are shipped by ground carrier and all orders are insured. International orders may be shipped insured if insurance is available and desired by the customer. Uninsured shipment is available for international orders. However, the customer is solely responsible for loss or damage if uninsured shipping is selected or if insurance is not available. The customer is responsible for foreign duties or customs.
